It’s basically a bruise… usually caused by sucking of the skin (any skin really). It’s a bruise, you can try the frozen spoon thing, but it really will just fade away on its own… in the mean time make up is useful

a hikey is when a guy/girl kisses a guy/girl really hard and then sucks, bringing blood to just underneath the surface of your skin. the only way to get rid of them is to wait for it to away.

I wouldnt say so much as a rash…its more like dead blood under the skin…I c nothing wrong with them..like the person on top said, usually on the neck and they come from anyone sucking on the skin hard enough…could be taken off by a frozen spoon being rubbed against the area where you got the hickey…or using a lipstick cap and twisting on the area…theres many ways but those are 2…hope I helped and good luck with future things…lol
