Is it highly advisable to attempt to cut your own hair if you've never had training?

Answer #1

Unless you want to end up with uneven hair, obviously not.

Answer #2

probably not a good idea

Answer #3

Is this a serious question? It’s definitely not even advisable, let alone highly advisable. Not even a professional should cut their own hair - I can’t even straighten the back of my hair right so forget about scissors! You can get good hair cuts for peanuts, you just have to look around. Don’t do it!

Answer #4

It realllyy depends on what you’re doing to your head. A few years back, I went a-symmetrical(who knows why), and it was pretty successful, but it was also around 5 in the morning after having an energy drink night, so my decision-making skills were just a tad impaired. I’d suggest just giving up the twenty bucks for a professional to do it.

Answer #5

Nice one (y)

Answer #6

No. It’s obviously not highly advisable. It’s not even a little advisable.

Answer #7

Sorry, it really is not a good idea. I confess I cut my own bangs occassionally, but usually I end up making a big mess of it. Better to spend the bit of money and go see a hair dresser. In the end you’ll be much happier.

Answer #8

NOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dear God i beg of you DONT EVER DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ive done it twice before omg worst results ever i totally fckd up my own hair both times!! DONT. EVER. DO. IT!!!!!!!!!!

Answer #9

This is something that only a guy should attemp. If you have long hair is not advisable. I have been cutting my own hair for awhile now but with clippers.

Answer #10

No. What if you mess up? Not advisable.
