How can I lose 10-15 pounds in a month?

so.., my sister in law just told me yesterday that she was gonna get married in 1 month.. I so badly want to loose weight..im 30 pounds over weight :( and I want to loose atleast 10-15 in a month someone please give me secrets!! or anything I really want to look good for this wedding not with a big flappy love hande and you know what I mean.. so help? anyone?

I’m just telling you the truth. I’m not going to lie to you and give you false hope for something that can not be done healthly. Try these tips and you’ll be suprised at how much you can loose though.

-No fried foods - only grilled or baked -No Soda -Make water your primary drink - juice for breakfast -Cut out the carbs (white foods) -Walk for an hour a day -Walk up and down stairs for 15 minutes a day

Healthy foods and snacks ideas:

-Take a banana and dip it in yogurt - freeze and then eat. -Frozen grapes and berries -Use lettuce instead of bread - put one piece of turkey and a small amount of mustard - wrap it up in lettuce and eat -Pita bread grilled chicken wrap -Carrot sticks and hummus -Sliced bell peppers - dipped in cottage cheese mixed with hot sauce -Baby dill pickles - barely any calories -Fat free yogurt and jello -Veggies and Fruit -Salads with no dressing - use vinegar instead -Frozen orange juice - eat it like sorbet -Cherry tomatoes with cottage cheese -Cucumbers with vinegar

I agree with mandyloo, 10-15 pounds is a bit excessive. If you eat healthy and excercise enough…you’ll lose some weight by the end of the month and hopefully be able to keep up being healthy for the rest of your life. Don’t try crash diets, there unhealthy and won’t help you at all.

That is an unrealistic goal. All you can do is eat healthy and exersise and see how much you loose in that time frame. You can’t rush weight loss - if you do you will either be unhealthy or you will gain it all back right away.
