Toning down bright bleach blonde?
I had blonde hair and the roots grew out so I decided to redo them but now my hair is soo bright bleach blonde and I dont no what I should do with it..I still want to stay a blonde but not this bright and I dont have any money to go to the salon..help me!!
the clour will fade a bit eith time, so be patient also a lot of shampoos will take some colour out and fade coloured hair more quickly, so you could buy one thats not specialized for coloured hair, that shhould fade it a bit
shampooing will not fade blonde,as bleaching hair takes the colour out, instead of putting it in.depending on how yellow it is there are 2 options. if it is really yellow/orange then you will need to bleach it again first. if it is just yellow then you need to buy a toner. Most brands of unnatural colours (such as directions or manic panic) do “platinum”. it is usually a very pale lilac colour that tones down the yellow. this generally only needs to be left on 5 mins on freshly bleached hair.This makes it a whiter blonde but needs to be re done every month or so. hope this helps x
