Help with windows vista

Quick question I know this might sounds dumb but I have vista and so do most of my friends and theres can do things that mine cant for example when there is somthing on the toolbar and they put there mouse on it it shows like a thumbnail of the window and when they click on somthing it like I dont know how to explain it but it like slides open it lookes really cool but I’ve looked everywhere and I can figure it out if anyone knows help would be greatly appreciated :) thank you xo hil

could it be a theme and to use that you need windows vista aero to view the effects but if your video card isnt powerful enough you wont be able to use it ya dig

there is an arrow @ the front of the toolbar which you use 2 extend the tool bar.
