I am obssesed with my x boyfriend I have been with my new boyfriend 4 over 1 yr now but I cant get my x out of my head

how do you feel about your new bf? i think the reason why you are not over your old bf yet is because there are unfinished stuff between you two. maybe you feel that something isn’t exactly solved yet even though you two are over. and until it gets solved and straightened out, you’ll be stuck on him

how long were u with ur ex for?? that could be part of ur obssesion…there can be many reasons y u are still into him…like did he brake up wit u or u with him?? Was ur break up clean or dirty?? Give me some more details than i could try to help!!

I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGHT THAT MYSELF I THINK WHAT IT IS IS WHEN WE FIND A NEW PERSON THAT WE CARE ABOUT BUT NOT AS MUCH AS THE EX WE TEND TO TRY TO FIND COMMON THINGS IN THE NEW GUY THAT WE LIKED IN THE OLD GUY. AND WHEN U DONT FIND THOSE THINGS OR MAYBE EVEN IF U DO IT TENDS TO MAKE U MISS THE OLD GUY. HERE IS WHAT I DO I JUST LOOK BACK AT WHY MY EX AND I ARENT TOGETHER AND ALL THE THINGS HE DID THAT HURT ME AND WHY I LIKE THE PERSON IM WITH AND HOW GOOD THEY MAKE ME FEEL THAT ALWAYS HELPS ME TO GET THE EX OFF OF MY MIND.
