Okay Well Today I Went SkateBoarding With My Friend Jasmine && Her Boyfriend & Well Im Not Really Good Lol I Was Trying To Do Some Trick On The Ramp Like I Was On Top Of The Ramp & I Dropped In & Well I Fell… && I Hit My Shoulder HARD!!!Lol & My Wrist Poped So Effren Started Like Trying To Relax The Muscle & He Put Ice On It But Now It Still Hurts & I Dont Feel Like Going To The Doctors So WHat Are Some Home Remedies So It Can Like Stop Hurting! Please Help =[ Lol

you should go to the doctor but if you really dont want to, try the famous cold-hot method, after you put the ice on, if you have a heating pad, put it on immediately after, its worked for me everytime, I always bust myself doin things I know I can’t. But seriously? Go to the doctor.

do go to the doctor because theres nothing you can do for it apart from ice and resting it the doctor will be able to see if anything is chipped or needs fixing and dont skate to look “hot” skateboard because you want to…if you have fun skating thats good but dont skate because it makes you look “hot” also dont drop in on big ramps! ramp and bowl skating takes years to perfect you need to know how to “pump” up and down a small halfpipe or ramp first otherwise youll just fall before you even put your feet on the board
