you could totally do it - and dont worry about the dark eyebrows - bleached blonde looks good with dark eyebrows - makes your eyes stand out - either way - blonde on top or blonde on bottom will look rockin like dokken

I have been bleaching my hair Barbie blonde for about 20 years now and I’ve dyed it almost every color there is - and then back to blonde.
