Help me Please I dun Wanna Die!!!

I am a 15 year old girl who has had a really hard time my whole life! im soo depressed I was born with a very low matabolism and I dont even want to tell you what I weigh. but the thing is its just not fair. I dont eat as much as my friends at all but since my motabolism is soo low that my body stores everything up as fat. I am very overweight and I really need to loose all of my weight, but I just need a lot of support. I already have a fatty liver and people usally get that around the age of 50. the doctor says if I dont do something fast ill die before my 18 bday. im soo scared. I always get made fun of and I never had a boyfriend. im soo embarassed but people just judge me by the way I look, and I feel like I cant take it any more. please give me all the advise I can get I need to loose a lot of weight and I really want to do it over the summer!! Just eat right. DO NOT starve yourself. Hire a nutritionist & set up a diet plan that’s right for you. Try not to eat snacks, but if you feel you need to, make sure it’s something healthy. If you need support, I’m here for you. :)

you just need to eat right and excercise and I have a slow matobolism too… its ok you just need to not starve yourself. work out everydasy and eat right and drink lots of water and DO NOT EAT UNLESS YOU KNOW YOUR HUNGRY. and trry not to snack but if you want one eat a veggie or fruit. My older sister was just like you…she got made fun of and stuff and I pretty much suffered watching her go through it all. I’m not overweight, but I understand how hard it is because of watching her. You won’t die, but you really need to work through this. Now that summer’s coming you should focus on getting out more instead of staying inside. Maybe you can get a personal trainer because I would put the money forward if it means my life’s on the line. Like monkeydoodle11 said, eat right and drink water, but make sure you don’t snack! See your doctor more, too, to make sure that you’re on a healthy schedule.

join a gym and start working out…eat right, get a diet plan from your doctor and stick to it…you’ll be out sweetie. I’m here if you need to talk.
