I am supposed to go see my old high school love. I need to lose some weight QUICK before I go see him. How can I lose some weight ASAP?
Well I'm on this 5lb a week diet and I lost 3 and a half stone since March and it's really easy to follow. You have an hour exercise everyday broken up in to 3 20min sessions, drink 8 glasses or water a day, you gotta strictly stay to breakfast, lunch and dinner, no eating after 7pm. It's pretty simple, and you gotta try and cut out as much fat as you can, don't worry about carbs cause aslong as you use them that's fine and try and have as much fibre in your breakfast.
Like I said it's quite and easy diet and some times I loose more than 5lb's a week cause the last two and a half weeks I lost half a stone.
erm..during breakfast lunch dinner...try to take smaller portions lol...and..exercise daily and when you feel super hungry dont take bigger portions just take a small one and eat slowly...the slower you eat the faster you feel full :P
Fast ways tend to cause weight gain in the long run from backlash. If you don't have time, just try to hide it.
