my thighs are gross.. well to me anyways not to other people but how can I get rid of them?? oh adn I have big lovehandles.. it runs in the family.. haha adn I need to get rid of them because they make me self contious what can I do?
The only way to get rid of love handles is to do a cardio work out (running, jogging, speed walking) to burn fat calories. It will trim down your sides. Also, side crunches help. As for your thighs, I would imagine you don't want to build up muscle, being it would only make them bigger, running and eating healthy should help that area too.
dont eat big meals eat healthy snacks every time you get hungrey try not to go over 6 times a daay
uhh, there the only thighs your going to get so...learn to live with them.
