Help me out- there's a creep!

please I need tips… im in a enrichment program and there’s a boy who says hi to and greet other(kiss on the cheek). It felt wet and I t was weird. But one day when he was going to kiss me on the cheek, he tried to kiss me. I knew ‘cause I turned my head away to kiss him in the cheek but he try to aim my lips. Now he keeps staring at me since that day. He keeps trying to talk to me and its creepy and his isn’t good at talking correctly. I tried advoiding him but now he’s in my class. SO HOW DO I STOP HIM FROM CREEPING ME OUT KNOW AND HOW TO TELL HIM THAT I DON’T LIKE HIM??- please give me useful tips… :( AND IS HE TROUBLE?

How about you tell him “Listen, that was an accident. I don’t actually like and can you please stop kissing me” If he refuses just threaten to report him for sexual harassment.
