YOU CAN EAT LESS NO MORE THAN 800 CALORIES A DAY AND DO NOT EAT NO JUNK FOOD AND ALSO DO 200 CRUNCHES A DAY AND DO THE CRUNCHES BEFORE YOU EAT BECAUSE AFTER YOU DO THE CRUNCHES YOU ARE NOT going to want to EAT AS MUCH AFTER THATS THE KEY AND JUST WALK A LOT..

If it’s lower belly that you’re talking about, you need to lay down on your back and lift your legs up and down. Also in case you don’t know, suck your stomach inward when you do the sit-ups.

Well not eating and working out is bad for you. Eat healthy and work out 20minutes to an hour a day focusing on sit ups, jogging and even swimming.

my friend run like a monster was after you then eat healthy don’t eat at night do sit ups for your chest it will take a long time dependining on how hard and long you do it no fry foods nt something then work for it
