Help me lose weight fast without running!

Okay, I'm about 5'1, and roughly 138-145 pounds. Its almost swimsuit season, and I need to lose some weight fast and easy. I'm not looking to become anorexic (partly because I'm not that insecure, and partly because I could never do it), and I'm not looking into bulimia (same reasons as above). I want to become at least...105? Maybe 110?

Anything is good before the end of june! I have bad knees so running isn't good, and I have large boobs (dd) so that also makes it harder to run. Anything else in mind?
