How to lose 10kgs?

Please help me , I’m 13 years old and weigh 67 kgs . I really want to lose weight cause I just started high school. There is this guy that I really like and my friends say I should go for him because they say I am really pretty but I’m just a bit overweight. Please help me lose 10 kgs then I would be the happiest girl in the world.

first thing is to concentrate on your diet. The best thing to do is take away 9/10 of your sugar and junk food. Drink only juice and water making sure you get vitamin C in at breakfast.

As for exercising goes, you have to start slow like once or twice a week go run/walk 2 to 3 miles. Running boosts your metabolism and you’ll lose weight while sleeping and watching TV. Best time to run is right after you wake up because that is when you have nothing in your stomach and your metabolism is still slow from sleeping.
