I feel incredibly bad after masturbating

ok so I just masturbated cause I felt really horny and I watch some porn but no I feel incredibly bad and my dad died 3 years ago so I feeel like ashamed? and guilty. how can you stop mmy self from feeling bad and help me to enjoy it afterwards instead of just sitting there thinking im a stupid idiot?? help please I need advice xxx

im not trying to say this in a mean way but, why should you be ashamed, if you died he would probably still masterbate knowing your looking down at him?

Nothing wrong with masturbating. Much better than jumping on some guys dick and getting knocked up at a young age.
