Need to lose this weight by Halloween

I’m 23 years old and since I began working a desk job I’ve gained about 20-25 pounds… I need to loose about 10-15 pounds and tone up because I’m wearing a skimpy outfit for halloween and I want to fit back into my clothes…please please please help me!!! I want to loose the weight by october 23. Can any one help?

I’m taking health class in high school, and they gave us a few tips. if you can, try keep track of how many calories you eat a day. you should eat at least 1,500 calories. most people tell you to eat 2,000 calories but, if you want to loose weight eat less than 500 calories a day. this way you’ll loose a pound of pure fat a week. it’s possible and safe!

weight watcher works wonders for most of my friends. I keep weight off by parking on the opposite side of the building I need to be on and walking 4 flights of stairs up and down twice a day. Try easy things like that and add crunches in the morning and evening.

Gve damn to what you eat or not…just start running…the best way to lose weight…run atleast two miles a day…if it seems difficult to u…start wid a slow run and then wid a pace…do it in the morning and evening…if you dont get the time in evening try to run down the stairs up and down…avoid fast food and if you need a progrm , funmail me…I wll make it fr u…take care
