ok I just got my period yesterday and I get KILLER cramps and midol or anything doesn't work for me. is there anything I can do to make it go away???!!!
lie down and get someone to massage your lower back. it really helps. but apart from taking panadol I don't know. but yeah going on the pill can help too. or even some women get acupuncture- apparently its really good.
well I use get cramps really bad to but my parents put me on birth control and now I get my period really light and I raley feel cramps. but it took a lot of convicing. so good luck!:)
Long term, you'll need to find a pill that works for you, or talk to your doctor about it, short term, take a shower/bath...
