I'm fat, ugly and get teased all the time...
How can I get beautiful? I'm so tired of being this way. :(
love the way you are, but like they say in the comments above, do take advice to look after yourself more with 3 meals and snacking fruits and excorcising.
if you want adivce on make up - go on youtube and type in something like ' how to apply eyeliner' or something and eventually you will learn how to apply make up on to suit you.
fashion wise - magazines are always a great way to let you know whats going cheap but good sence of style these days. always take someone with you and try clothes on before you buy so you know you look good.
get your eyebrows done, threading is a great way and cheap too. less painful . try out waxing if your brave enough lol , fake tan .. get yourself glowing.
your probably beautiful anyway, effort takes you a long way
same with me...im sure your not as fat as you think you r. first of all dont listen to waht all the people say. if you wanna b beautiful and get skinnk. go for a walk (I go 2 miles) every day. I mile in the morning one in night. dont eat snacks at all and drink LOTS of water. I have lost 5 pounds in a week. and im sure that if I tried hardre I could have lost more. if you wanna feel confortable and beautiful wear clothes that people think look good on you and stylish. it works!
okay...I know everyone probably says this, but NO ONE DECIDES HOW YOU FEEL OR HOW YOU LOOK!!! wear what makes you feel good, clothes, hair, makeup (if any) or who knows, maybe all you need is foundation and mascara
dont dress skanky, some girls with poor selfesteem have gone down that path, and it just make them look ugly. they werent ugly till they dressed that way I mean.
small things, like taking care of yourself, skin, hair, things like that go a looong way
The best way to change your appearance is to be confident. I'm serious, the way you present yourself around others has a lot to do with beauty. I used to be embarrassed of my looks when I was younger but I learned to be happy with who I am. I suggest you get a gay friend lol I met this guy and everywhere he went he walked as if he were on a runway. I just picked it up from him. Your beautiful so work it and soon people will see this new side to you
shush, no one's ugly!!! If someone calls you ugly or fat tell them to f**k off!! lol I had someone call me ugly this year and I believed him... I started studying everything about my face and tried to fix everything possible. I ended up with few eyebrows missing :)) don't be like me lol. be self confident it really matters. take good care of your body because its the most valuable thing you have. :)
I think the walking thing is an awesome idea. But really to make your metabolism speed up and help you lose weight, you should eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. But in between you NEED to snack. Even if its just an apple or something healthy. Dont eat a meal tho. Also, if youre just laying around the house, do sit ups while you watch t.v. or lunges...
Hey DONT EVER say your ugly or anything like that your not no one is I understand how you fell but you shouldent feel that way at all!!Start a healthy diet if you weigh over what your supposed to keep a journal of what you eat to keep on track. With beauty it matters what in the inside mabe putting on some makeup will build confidence (=
