and there is no certain age, protected sex is a good thing (Y)
but dont have sex with her, unless yer full committed and are prepared for the consequences even with a condom, she could get pregnant. (condom could rip, and what not) and if you are taking her virginity, dont do it just because you "want a piece" do it because you love her. and want to be with her for the rest of yer life.

You don't have to be a certain age to buy them, you just walk into Walmart or somewhere like that and buy them. Some health units have them available too if you cant afford them.
