How do I deal with this?

I found out I have an std. im 16 and have only slept with two guys! I don’t know which one could have given it to me and once is really supportive and everything and the other one moved away. they both dont believe that either of them has it. its frustrating and insulting having to deal with this on my own. I have to have genital herpes for the rest of my life. I feel like no one ever will want to be with me. I will never get a husband or have kids or anything.I cant tell anybody who wants to be intimate with me. im thinking about just never having sex again till im out of my teens and everybody can be more mature about it ya know?I know I’ll never know which one gave it to me and that sucks.I feel like a total freak. none of my friends have had anything ever and one has slept with 8 guys.. any advice on how to deal or anything?? if your gonna be mean dont bother to answer.

Are you sure its not just thrush? Also its not the end of the world one in every 8 australians actually have it, its actually verry common, and if your worried about having kids, thats a long way off, and you will probally meet a special guy that understands or probally has it. So dont worry.

oh! ok, I get it now, what kind of std is it? are you sure you have one? I may be able to help, but I need more info

Answer #3

You need to speak to the two guys, because if the one gave it to you, you could have given it to the other one and he might put his partners at risk. so that would be your first responsibility

Herpes can be controlled, but in future you’ll have to use a condom to make sure that your partner doesn’t get it. It’s not the end of the world and instead of seeing it that way, rather learn from the mistake you made.

Answer #4

First of all, it’s very important that you find out which of your partners gave it to you, so that they will use a condom and not spread it to other women. Also, It is possible for you to have children with this std, just very important that you tell the doctor about your condition PRIOR to giving birth, so that if the herpes is inflamed at the time of birth you can get a C-section to avoid passing it on to your children which can cause endless health issues for them. Also, have you been tested for an sti ? Because you may not actually have herpes.
