a good way to get a really good job is to see if any of your friennds’ parents own a business - small, big, it doesnt matter. ask them if they have a job open, and if they do they can usually make exceptions for you and be able to find you something
go to your school and see if they have a listing for businesses that hire part time, another place to look would be your local Jobs center, if you have one.
You will probably need to look into the laws in your area, my youngest son has tried to work for 3 summers, he is now 15 - the magic age here, and he can get a job at mcdonalds or someplace like that.
He worked for the last 2 years as a caddie, that may be an option for you, if you like the outdoors, can carry a heavy bag, and have a golf course close to your home.
