I went on the Special K diet and lost 8 pounds. I went from 128 to 120. Now, when I weigh myself, I'm 126 at night. But the next morning I'm 123.

when you weigh urself at night bloating or water could determine your weight but in the morning bloating and excess water tends to have gone
I always weigh less in the morning than I do at night
Try not to focus as much on the number everyday, but instead weigh yourself maybe once a week, so that way you wont worry about it as much and you can focus on losing a certain amount in a week. (:
You ALMOST ALWAYS weigh more at night than you do during the day. Thats just the way it is, I used to know why but I forget at the present moment.
