Help over a guy

thanks I’m eating now most likely wont last for long and yea I’m all those it could be do 2 lack of sleep though I haven’t steepen in 2 days and thanks and the reason I’m like this over him is cause hes my x and we decided 2 take a brake and then go back out when ever and now hes dating some 1 and I don’t know what 2 do I love him

Ok…take a step back and look at yourself. What you’re doing to your body is crazy. This boy is worth nothing if he’s making you damage your body like this. Just think is he really worth all this trouble? What’s the situation with him? Sorry to say it but I believe it’s time to move on.

Starving yourself will deprive your body of the many needed nutrients. You’re also not going to be yourself without the energy you get from food. I bet right now your weak, frail and tired. All for what? A boy?

I hope you can come to realise that what you’re doing isn’t good. Why don’t you eat a well-balanced nourishing meal and go out with some friends. Do something to take your mind of this boy. It’s for the best. I promise.
