Heart-Broken Big Guy in Oklahoma
Hello, I am 22yrs old, about 6’5, and I weight about 400lbs. And I am in desprite need of help, I can’t seem to do anything right , My wife doesn’t want to make love to me anymore, and she don’t have another man. After we had our son she just don’t really have that spark anymore and he’s 21 months old. And on top of that I can’t seem to get this weight off, I try everything diets, drinking lots of water, walking, fasting, you name it I have tried it. See I work in corrections and do a lot of walking and it don’t help. Please someone be my savior and give me some advise.. Sincerly Heart-broken Big Guy In Oklahoma.

you need to stay positive. and YOU CAN AND WILL lose the weight. Bring her flowers. turn off the t.v and take her out to dinner. spend the day with her yourself and te baby. don’t bring your phone. give her a message, tell her something that comes from your heart.
Ells got some pretty nice suggestions for what you can do with you wife. As for your weight, you should hire a professional trainer. I’ve hired one before, and believe me, those 15 sessions I’ve had are more than enough to guide me through what I properly need to do to safely lose weight.
A professional trainer will take your measurements (inc. blood pressure, heart rate, height, weight, etc) and develop a schedule of exercises for you. He can pin point which exercises, weights, and exercising machines that can help you, and spot you while you do it so that you don’t hurt yourself while doing it. He can recommend the kind of foods you should eat and should not eat. He will motivate you to work for your goals when you feel like quitting. I think it’s a very wise investment. You will learn to keep the weight off too when you get into it. Proper weight loss is comprised of exercise (challenging your body) and a healthy eating lifestyle (nutrition). Maybe you can give it a shot.
