heart break in many ways, help me figure this out.

I met this guy for the first time at a rave. I had been talking to him on my space for about a month and I really like him. Anyway at the rave we dance and he kissed me. I lost count on how many times he kissed me after the 3rd. I really really started to like him. The thing is he is 4 years older than me, and I don’t know? When we went to the coffee bar room this random chick came to say hi to him, he had his arm around my waist and my around his shoulder. He kept kissing my cheek, and neck and stuff. Well after she gave him a hug she asked, “is this your girlfriend?” and he quickly said, “no.” I looked at him like What the F*CK! She turned to me and said, “Your cute.” Then she walked away. So we dance and he kept kissing me! To give you an idea afterwards my lips were numb for about an hour. So he gave me his number at the end of the night so we text eachother now. It was two days ago right. OK so his friend…lets call him Bredford, he is a huge stoner and player he is my friend too. Tonight My best friend (Lets call her bevus) calls me and tells me That The guy that I made out with, (Lets call him Butthead) Well she asked me if I wanted to know and I said “yes tell me!” She told me that Buttheads best friend (lets call him Dumbass) Told Bevus that Butthead is a player like Bredford, and he likes to mess around with girls and that he was at the mall now with a girl. I started crying and now I don’t know what to do, Bevus felt so bad, and she said that he kept telling her how much he likes me and stuff.

   Please. what should I do. I need help! I am stuck, and I thought he really liked me. And he told me he likes me. HE went on and on about how he hates liars, and cheaters, and I asked him what is his biggest fear is and he said, "Heartbreak" 
 I am so sad, and I need to know what to do... please help me
