Is it healty to lose 15 pounds in a week? If so how to you do so?

NO… I dont think you can lose about 15 pounds in a week unless you dont eat and drink anything at all but still I wont think you can lose 15 pounds in a week… its not very good for you!!! gOod luck…=]

Cut out carbs (bread, rice, potatoes, pasta) and do excersise every day for a minimum of an hour that gets your heart rate up to the point where you are breathing heavy. Running is very good for burning fat. Only drink water - no fizzy drinks, milk, or alcohol. Eat mainly vegetables and meat such as lean chicken and steamed fish (with no crumbs or fat). It will be hard and you may feel hungry, tired and a bit miserable. But that is how you will lose maximum amount of weight.

Thats a bit much for a week. Although the people on the Biggest Loser lost at the beginning like 20 pounds and 30 pounds a week. But they are working out and eating right constantly. Like that’s all they do. If you go to school and stuff it’s gonna be harder for you to lose that amount of weight in a week unless you’re doing something thats unhealthy which I DO NOT suggest.

I think the only way you can lose 15 pounds in a week is to get liposuction…lol. It’s really unhealthy and if you did, you’d gain it all back soon after because you didn’t lose it the right way.
