Healthy lunch ideas?

I’m getting hungry, as it’s about one o’clock here, so I’m thinking I need food. Does anybody have any healthy lunch ideas? Thanks!

you could have cold chicken or tinned salmon with salad or egg and salad, rice crackers with an avocado dip and fruit salad for dessert

You could juice some oganic carrots tonite and put in pint jars in the freezer and take them out in the morning on your way to work. Will be thawed time you have lunch. Very filling and healthy. Or you could fix yourself a big Organic salad with all the fixins’ and have the dressing in a separate container. That way the salad won’t get all soggy. Or you cold have an organic apple and a few nuts & dates. All organic of course. Another suggestion is to make some home made hummus and put in some pita bread with chopped up lettuce, grated carrot, cucumber or your favorite minced vegetable. . Top w/a small amount of your favorite dressing. If packing in a lunch, put dressing in separate container. Enjoy!
