A lot of the veggie burgers are highly processed. Probably the healthiest veggie burger would be one with a home made bean patty. I used to make one with garbanzo beans, brown rice and oatmeal that was pretty good. If you buy veggie patties the black bean pattys are probably the best. As far as the bun goes I like the new deli flats they are selling now. They are a very thin bun and taste better but have fewer calories than most hamburger buns.
Well there's a burger in mcdonalds that has less calories then the mcdonalds salad..
