Healthier Hair?

My hair was really dried out, and I had tons of split ends..so I got a couple inches taken off. Is there anything I can use that will make my hair grow back faster, shinier, and healthier?

my sister is the same way dry dry hair but the best thing I find for hair witch makes mine very very soft and hers is kinda what people would call it gross but it works wonders its mayo the best type is with olive oil in it leave it in for a day it smell but that can be washed out with shanpoo then conditioner put a bag over your hair

tips~~ dont blow dry your hair if you need to use a flat iron straitener by product for it wash hair once everyother day & moisturize everyday like said before use the olive oil (tho I never have) when your done washing your hair. rince it with cold water, this closes the folicals closer together keeping in moisture.

go to sallys… theres so many like leave in conditoners, deep condtioners and like hot oil treatments that leave your hair shiney smooth and soft! if you straighten or use a lot of heat on your hair you should buy a heat protector! it protects and gives your hair more of a shine!

Answer #4

…try a product called ‘’when’’ (its spelled ‘w-e-n’ but this site keeps adding an ‘h’ to it)

My hair is healthy and I blow dry and curl it constantly. I use vitamin E pills (theres also vitamin e oil )and it works good even for your skin and nails. lso regular pantene hair replinishers work good too. but you have to use it every other day (if you use the blow dryer, curling iron, flat iron ect…)

Answer #6

dont put a lot of heat to your hair. eg straighteners, blow driers, curling irons, crimpers. those all damage and dry out your hair. also, the more you wash it the more it dries out. try not to wash it as much as possible. because when you wash it youre stripping your hair of its natural oils and conditioners. I wash mine around 2 times a week, but in between those washes I still get it wet and put a little shampoo where my bangs are. also, I wouldnt recommend using products from normal stores like pantene or garnier. use biolage or catwalk or aveda. I really like aveda. hope that helps.

Answer #7

Taking Omega 3 is supposed to help with your skin, hair and nails. The health benefits are also really good.

Answer #8

Do you blow dry it or straighten it, or both? If so then that is why it is so dried out. Mine is the same way.

I need mine cut so bad, but anyway, Ichi is right about the warm olive oil soak. Here is a site that hosts a bunch of hosehold items to help your hair. =]
