Yes & no. Women CAN lactate without ever having been pg. Women who adopt induce lactation frequently. :o) Here’s a question for you…does your boyfriend or hubby pay A LOT of attention to your breasts? If so, he may be bringing it on.
possible..but I would go to take blood test..if negative..means ,,so called’’galactorrhea’’..
