Headache help

I suffer with chronic headaches and even migraines

What is the cause of this? How can I prevent it?

Do you know of any natural remedy?

Please help me :)

Often headaches and migraines are attributed to diet. there are many preservatives and ingredients in prepared foods that can easily trigger a migraine (MSG is one of the worst).

I’d recommend trying a clean diet for a little while - don’t eat anything processed, all natural, fresh foods. See if you notice a decline in the occurrence of migraines.

If that doesn’t seem to be a factor, then check your stresses. You may need to find ways to de-stress yourself if your life is chaotic - meditation (and yoga, as stated above) is great for this.

well, why do we have it , I am not sure of it. My sis has it, very bad, All, I can suggest is that dunn let urself hve gas…problems, like dunn fast for long, an dthen dunn do outings with empty stomachs etc. Eat proper

And, to prevent it—

  1. for Migraines, Try eating an apple a day, empty stomach , I.e. after you get up and has fastened night long. Trust me it helps, I have herad it from many people and even Yoga trainers, its such a stress buster and you can drink apple juice too while stressed,
  2. Try going for some yoga, if you like it, there are a one-two excercises fo rthsi purposes.. hope apple and avoiding gas..problems do help u … Yoga surely will do ownders if you go fr it… –Peace !!
