I know its hard but what if you cant buy any more cigarettes so you obviously have to stop because you cant get cigarettes anymore? how will that mentally and physically affect me? is it possible to quit just for the fact that i cant buy any more? is there something I can buy or somewhere i can go for help considering im under age that means i cant buy nicotine patches or gum??
i have friends that have smoked for less time than me and claim they will never be able to quit and i smoked for 6 years and then fell in love with my crush from high school and she said i couldnt smoke and i dropped it just like that cold turkey so it just depends on how strong willed you are i guess and how bad you ACTUALLY want to quit because i tried mulitple times before just to do it but i always came back for some reason.
quittin aint easy but if you have got the willpower and really want to stop smoking then you will. i wouldent suggest goin cold turkey i would go to the doctor and they will help you to stop smoking ,and give you tablets and once you taken the tablets the smell and taste will make you sick if you have a ciggie .they are meant to be really effective good luck hpe you quit .
No two people have the same amount of difficulty quitting..everyone is different and other factors come in to play. Such as the amount of stress your under, how long and how much you smoke, etc. Some people can put them down cold turkey no prooblem while some its a life long struggle to quit.
its hard. but if ur young i think its easier since the body is stil maturing. but smoking has so many addictive substances its just bad to start.
your doctor can still help you will just have to go with a friend and tell your doctor its confidential so your parents wont find out
