Why does the cold cause my face to have bumps on it?
–when it’s cold, or rather, when I go outside to play around in the snow, sometimes when I come back in my face has a bunch of bumps on it. It looks like..well, you know how some people who smoke have ‘pits’ in their face? Well, it sort of looks like that–only they go away eventually. Any ideas?

it is a kind of allergy and you should consult any skin specialist
Might just be “Goose-bumps”. That is when skin cells become stimulated, they protrude a bit.
