That means no more bread, pasta, yes to dairy products, but o starches, cakes pastries and worst of all no rice! I just want to know what would happen to my body.

There are LOTS of starchy vegetables out there and fruits are especially starchy, so as long as you are eating a nice wide variety of fruits and veggies along with your meat and dairy, you'll be doing fine!
Well they dont recommend not having any starches, there are reasons we need starches. But you'd probably lose weight... As for physical effects, you'd have to talk to a doctor. I dont know if we get anything out of starch except for energy (which we can also get out of proteins and fats).
