  There is a saying that when you can get to a point in life where you look in the mirror and say, "I love me, warts and all, " then you have truly grown.

  Until you have money or are older, surgery isn't likely. Look, there is nothing that you can do about this, is there? So just keep your sense of humor about it for yourself and to your boyfriend. Just tell him about it and laugh it off. Seriously. You can tell him you're embarassed about it, but laugh it off and have an "oh well" attitude about it.
