Why do i always have my hands on my face ?

Almost constantly i have my hands on my mouth, i don’t do it when i talk but when i’m walking i have my hands on my cheeks, or i’m always pulling on my bottom lip, it’s starting to really annoy me, i don’t know why, when i catch myself doing it, i make myself stop by like holding onto my backpack strap thingers thingys, i dunno if anyone will understand that but it’s just really annoying & weird. O.o Thankks.

if your really self conscious after a while it becomes a habbit and its really hard to break.. so if your self conscious then that could be why..
