How do your hair all wavy and curly like Deena's hair from Jersey Shore in this picture?

I would say just curl it and then add a lot of hairspray? I guess that could do the job…

It seems like she wets her hair, and scrunches it using moose and/or hairspray? Not too sure though. That’s what I used to do but I’d go through so much hair products and after my hair got too long lol

definately just wash your hair and braid it into 4 sections upper left, upper right, bottom left, bottom right, let it dry over night, unbraid it and add tons of hairspray and mousse…not the classiest of hairstyles but i suppose it gets the job done.

You divide your hair 2 times or if your hairs thick then divide it 4 times. Then take 2 or 4 pens or pencils and rap ur hair in them and spray ur hair with water. …….. Once ur hair is dry take them out and take ur fingers and brush ur hair with them You can do this with just hair curlers but they don’t make it look as natural so u can use either one(:
