My hair NEVER gets greasy. its really thick/curly and if it gets greasy it would be from washing it too often, so now i only wash it 2 times a week. Lately, it has been getting greasy at the front, like the pieces around my ear. this never happens.... why is it doing this
I've had this one year about 2 years ago it kept getting greasy and I had no clue why after I washed it multiple times a day... First thing you want to do to get the product build-up out is (Mix 1-2 teaspoons of baking soda with your regular shampoo let sit for 6 minutes on head and then rinse and repeat.) It will be all good again after the one time you do this and then also don't always use the same shampoo it want to have another kind to mix it up with. If you use the sam shampoo all the time that will also make your hair greasy.
I wash mine everyday if not i skip one day. My hair is never greasy until the end of the skipped day. Lol. I would have extremely greasy hair if i only washed it twice a week. Try using tea tree shampoo daily with a little bit of the tea tree conditioner. Its like it cleans deep down. Gets all the gunk that builds in your hair from products, pollution and stuff. That stuff makes ur hair dirty/greasy
Regardless of how or why it happens, greasy hair is directly related to the overproduction of sebum, a waxy type of substance naturally occurring in the body which is designed to keep hair supple, soft and waterproof. Sebum is produced by the sebaceous glands.
Oh also, I don't know why your hair is getting oily but whenever my hair is really oily I use baby soap/shampoo & it tones down the greasy look quite a bit.
Oh revelon realistic herbal deep clean shampoo works good. Its only 9$. Its meant to clean deep down to get the dirt and oil
Oily hair = healthy hair
