Whats a good product that I can use to get my hair really healthy? I straighten it everyday, which is killing it.

I know it is gonna sound odd, but you can use “Mane and Tail” horse shampoo. Its a shampoo that people use on the manes and tails (duh!) of show horses. I have been using it for a while now and it makes your hair so silky and shiny. Also, try alternating with scrunching your hair with gel and straightening your hair the next day. When you scrunch it, it kinda gives it a rest. Nexus shampoo and conditioner is amazing as well!

the olive oil thing is awesome. you can put straight olive oil in your hair as well. regis makes an olive oil deep conditioner, but it’s pricey. design line (by regis) is a great line for most dried out unhelathy hair. j. beverly hills makes a conditioning hair treatment thats specifically designed to repair super dried out hair. use silk drops before you blow dry and flat iron your hair. everyone makes them. paul mitchel’s super skinny is amazing. hope your hair gets better!!

Okay I had a similar problem from bleaching/straightening my hair constantly. I found that these things helped - Leave conditioner in your hair whilst in the bath, Trim the ends of your hair every couple of weeks, Use citric shampoos, Boil a bowl of water and then put a bowl of olive oil inside the bowl. Once its warmed up, put it on your hair and wrap a carrier bag around your head. Leave it for ten or so minutes and then rinse it off - It is a cheap and easy way to get smooth, silky hair. Do this once a week. Hope I helped!
