you have to cut it and style it like that. -make sure you have lots of layers that don’t blend into each other. to make it kind of wavy use hair gel, hairspray, mousse or any combination of the 3 and after you put them in there grab your hair with your hand and kind of scrunch it. i hope this helps!

Answer #3

I’m pretty sure you just need layers and mousse. But message in_omnia_paratus - she’s a hairdresser lol, she can probably help you.

Answer #4

Lot’s of layers. Braid hair while damp, (If you wan’t it’s not necessary but it helps) tossel with mousse, and put blow dryer on low, and blow dry a little.

It’s the style/cut the girl has got, although it doesn’t look like a specific cut, I’d say she had layers about a year ago and her hair has grown into this without a cut in quite a while. Also her hair is quite thick and naturally wavy which adds volume. You’d need to have thick bouncy hair for it to look like this, if your hair is shiny or straight naturally you won’t be able to achieve this style without spending hours on it everyday!! Also her hair looks damp in the pic too, maybe she’s been to the beach? -Salt water adds volume and curls!

Lots of choppy layers short and long and use moose that has added conditioner and just pull your fingers through the hair going top to bottom and just scrunch your hair with your hands. i hope this helps
