i dont think there is anything that will grow your hair longer in a day but you always have to wait a bit for your hair to grow ,always eat healthy and use a good shampoo and conditioner.message your scalp with oil for its better and fast growth.for smooth hair eat gosseberry.
i think you can use prenatal vitamins...the vitamin your supost to take whan your pregnet...ive heard of alot of poeple use them to help there hair grow faster and it will make your nails grow pretty fast too but never tryed it personaly...hope this helps!:)
Umm... i really dont know muchh. But After a shower while its still moist braid your hair and sleep like that or go around the day like that. Also eat alot of protein. Your hair is made of proteins. SO the more protein the faster.
if you really want your hair longer quickly get extensions, and then grow your hair out. if you are just growing your hair out make sure to get it trimmed regularly because damged hair takes longer to grow
Eating health foods/consuming vitamins and using a shampoo with coconut oils help hair grow faster and have a more natural look.
How does braiding your hair while it's wet make it grow faster? I am curious. I would like mine to grow a little faster too.
maybe you can get it straightened. if its straighter than usual, it 'appears' to be longer.
the shampoo called "mane and tail" help hair become healthier so it will grow faster
