leave in conditioner works pretty well if you trim the ends of your hair. My hair has grown 3inches in the past month and a half without vitamins and what not. If you see split ends get rid of them and every time you get out of the shower put in some leave in conditioner and It'll start growing really fast.
If you dont want the permanant extentions try the clip in ones they are great and you can take them out easily. If you dont want to use any, start taking hair, nail, and skin vitamins you can find them at any pharmacy and they will strenghten and make your hair grow faster.
good diet vitamin c all the vitamins b will help take a shower every other day do not straighten your hair or us products like hairspray hair wax etc.. drink lots of water and pleanty of sleep these are to make your hair grow faster
