Would it be better to use a hair lightener or bleach then a color to eyebrows when turning them from black to brown?
A lightener
Lightener, bleach would more than likely turn them orange.
I highly reccomend against this. One, you could go blind from a little slip of your hand. Two, you can end up with patches of different colors. Three, once the other hair color grows back in , the roots, it will look awful. But good luck dear.
Agreed … there are products made specifically for lightening the colour of your eyebrows … using a hair lightener or bleach for this is very dangerous.
Oh, I didn’t know there were things specifically for eyebrows.
