Answer #2

I hiighhlyy doubt it.

Answer #3

but my hair dresser told me that and she is like a really good hair dresser everyone goes to her

Answer #4

I doubt aswell.

Answer #5

No- it’s not true. She styles hair for a living- she did not go to any type of medical school…

Answer #6

based on cosmetology studies it is proven that when you massage your scalp with oils & moisturizers hair growth is increased. Well I’ve never heard of that 1 but it’s not good 2 sleep on your hair because it causes your hair 2 fall out. Wrapping & tying down your hair in a bandana is a good way 2 keep your hair healthy.

Answer #7

your hair dresser is wrong! it will just brake your hair when you sleep that is a rehli bad thing 2 do

Answer #8

dont think so I sleep with my hair up all the time + it hasnt made any difference.. unless im just not noticing it :/

Answer #9

I don’t know, well if your hair is consricted it may not grow as fast,I sleep with my hair down most of the time, and my hair is growing fast,so I don’t know

Answer #10

Nothing you do to the hair on your head will make it grow any faster. It’s down to diet, environment, and heredity. The hair on your head is completely dead, inert material. Brushing it, conditioning it, trimming it, or sleeping with it in a ponytail will cause it to grow as much as watering a piece of firewood will cause it to sprout leaves.

The living part of the hair follicle is under your scalp and doesn’t give two farts about what you’re doing at bedtime.
