How to do my hair like Fran Drescher's from The Nanny?

I have attached a photo of my favorite hairstyle of Fran’s from The nanny and I want to know how I can do that on my hair….. Although my hair is not that long, and I have long side bangs…. But what do I need and how do I do it? Please and thank you to anyone who can answer this for me… :)

First make sure you hair is completely dry. Then you can start by doing lose curls towards the ends of your hair once that is done scrunch the top portion up until you have a hump (the size you want) above your forehead. You can use a clip to hold it in place but bobby pins works best in my opinion. Hairspray and fidget a tiny bit to get the natural look.

i watched a video of her actually getting her hair down like that first u want to make sure ur hair is completely clean then curl it up and pin it heat curlers or overnight curlers usually look best make sure then loosen them up a little so they hang longer then use something like a bumpit or teasing to increase volume spray over in layers add a little foaming mouse into it to blend naturally blow try it to get a more frizzy look like hers and then just pin it up
