It does not fall out in clumps, well here is the deal
When I comb my wet hair a lot of hair falls out. When I grab my ends some strands fall out. Is this normal?
It's not good to comb your hair when it's wet. Try to air dry or blow dry it a little before combing. The strands are weak when wet causing the breakage.
Yes very normal you'll loose hair while taking a shower and washing your hair, also combing and grabbing the ends, all normal.
health problems , immunity , nutritions , water and cosmetics , dyeing , hair color etc can count as reasons.
It could be to do with stress
