what if you have reallyy damaged hair how do you get it back healthy again?
go to a sallys and ask for hair treatment or a hair masque for damaged hair. I have really bad hair also nothing but split ends and plus I’ve bleached it before and I am using the three step ion and its workin good so far
Try a Neutregina Shampoo and Cond. that usually works , or use extra amounts of the conditioner out of hair dye boxes (:
if those fail , try a salon !
Tresemme anti-breakage shampoo+conditioner.
After shampooing, apply conditioner through all hair, and leave on for 2 minutes.
Comb hair gently while conditioner is still on, and rinse thoroughly.
Shampoo every other day, condition daily.
You may also want to use a repairing serum and leave-in conditioner.
