How can I take brown dye out of my hair?
I have always been blond and have recently dyed my hair brown. I like it but like blonde more, how do i get it back blonde without it going green?
Go to a professional, first and foremost. Do NOT attempt this on your own.
She will either color strip it or bleach it, then add the blonde color on top of it and maybe highlights weaved in to balance out any unevenness. It costs around 150.00 to 200.00 WORTH THE PRICE. The sooner you do this, the easier on your hair. If you try to strip it after months of coloring it brown, your hair will have to be bleaches maybe two or three times and will suffer more damage.
The color can only be lightened by bleach or color stripper ONLY. Very dangerous to do by yourself. I’m a hairstylist, trust me. I know.
