I'm not a show off but i got a badass body by doing INSANITY.. it wasnt that much money when i paid in payments.. and it was totally worth it.. But if you dont want to waist money I know this girl who does videos on youtube.. SHES GREAT!! all her videos workouts are like 10 minutes a day.. go to YouTube.. and write (CHARLIEJAMES1975) .. i used to do her videos and got great results.
We have been conditioned that when it comes to working out, "More Is Better". If I can do 30 minutes on the tread mill, then why not 40? When it comes to workouts to burn fat , more cardio is not necessarily better. If you really serious about burning belly fat then you need to focus on intense resistance training.
lay on the ground, keep your neck and spine aligned, as if there was a board and your neck cant lift farther than your back (meaning dont hunch your neck) squeeze your abs, and flutter your feet up and down without touching the ground, dont stop after your abs start to hurt. keep gooing intil you really need to stop
You stand up straight and you turn side to side, for about half an hour everyday. I know it sounds simple, but it works. Also, do situps and while you are going up, turn side to side, this helps with curves and also to butn belly fat, if you want to.
Stand with your toes on the edge on a step while holding on to something for balance. While keeping straight, lower and raise ur heels like if u are tiptoeing. Beware of pain if u do too much the first time. Gradually work ur way up.
I can't suggest anything that would get you less than 35 years - life! But great curves might be worth it, ;)
